1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the ali66 website and all related services, including slot games, live dealer casino, sports betting, boxing betting, Teen Patti and all other games available on our platform.

2. Registration and Account Management

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time.
• Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts.
• False or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in the account being suspended or terminated.
• Players are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is prohibited.

ali66 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Players may be asked to submit a copy of their MyKad or a valid identity document, along with proof of current address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

ali66 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all payment methods.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits from third parties or using another person's name are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are subject to automatic security checks before being credited to the account.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is submitted and confirmed.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment account used for the deposit, unless otherwise advised.
• Withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits may require additional verification for security purposes.
• ali66 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests that appear suspicious, pending further investigation.

All cryptocurrency transactions will be converted at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. This rate is final and cannot be disputed once the transaction is complete.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ali66 offers various promotions for new and existing players. Each bonus and promotion is subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated on the relevant promotions page.

Welcome Bonus:

New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000

Bonus Wagering Requirements:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Only wagers placed using the bonus balance count towards meeting the wagering requirements.
• The timeframe for meeting the wagering requirements is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• ali66 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being abused or obtained through illegitimate means.

VIP Programme and Cashback:

Active players are eligible to join the ali66 VIP Programme, which consists of four (4) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — starting at up to 0.4% for Bronze members, rising to up to 0.8% for Silver, up to 1.1% for Gold, and up to 1.5% for Platinum members. VIP tier upgrades are based on player activity and loyalty over time.

5. Game Rules

All games offered on the ali66 platform use software from licensed and reputable software providers. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by an independent third-party body.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.
• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ali66 reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the player.
• Attempts to exploit software vulnerabilities or use unfair techniques are prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Account balances showing anomalies due to a technical error may be adjusted by ali66 to reflect the correct state.

6. Player Conduct and Prohibitions

• Abusing promotions or exploiting loopholes in the bonus system through illegitimate means (bonus abuse).

• Act in a manner that disrupts, threatens or causes harm to other players or ali66 staff.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action including permanent account closure, freezing of remaining balance, and/or appropriate legal action.

• Losses arising from unauthorised use of an account by an unauthorised party.

ali66's total liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the player into their account during the relevant service period.

10. Account Closure and Termination of Service

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and valid balances will be returned to the player subject to all applicable wagering requirements and verification.

ali66 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any player's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if there is suspicious or unlawful activity. In such cases, ali66 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending completion of an investigation.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ali66 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If resolution through negotiation is not achieved, the dispute will be referred to the relevant arbitration body or court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Players hereby agree that all legal claims shall be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action or collective representation.
